Jack has launched and grown multiple successful businesses. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Skyway Capital Markets, LLC., a Tampa based investment bank which provides sell-side advice to leading-edge, middle market companies. Jack recently served as the Carolinas development partner for the PDQ fast-casual chicken concept. Formerly, he was the co-founder and CEO/Vice Chairman of Advantec, a human capital management firm focused on delivering HR, payroll, benefit and loss control services to small and mid-sized companies. Prior to Advantec, Jack served as EVP and CFO for SHPS, a major leader in outsourced care management services. He also was EVP and CFO of HealthPlan Services Corporation; a New York Stock Exchange listed company and the nation’s largest provider of small group benefits administration. Previously, he served as President and CEO of a federally-insured Commercial Bank in Tampa, and worked for the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. Jack earned his B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Finance from the University of Virginia.

Mike has been a corporate, securities and tax attorney since 1993.  Prior to joining Murray-Bertron full-time, Mike served as VP and General Counsel of Tradex Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for all legal matters including general corporate and transactional matters, and fund-raising activities.  From 1993 through 1999, Mike practiced law at Fowler, White, Gillen Boggs, Villareal and Banker in Tampa, Florida.  Mike began his career as a commercial banker with First Florida Banks.  He is active in the local community and recently served as the Treasurer of the Tampa General Hospital Foundation.  Mike earned his B.S. in Finance and MIS from the University of Virginia and his JD from Stetson University College of Law.

Stewart has an extensive background in venture-backed startups and real estate investment.  He was co-founder and served in multiple leadership roles at Tradex Technologies, Inc. from 1995 until 2000 when it was acquired by Ariba (now SAP).   He served as Chairman of MF Lightwave, dba CustomCable.com until 2016 when it was acquired by Amphenol Corporation. Since 2003, Stewart has initiated and managed all of our investments in the PODS™ portable on demand storage container system. He has served on the boards of the University of Tampa, Tampa Bay Technology Forum, Young Life in Tampa and Created Women, Inc. a ministry that serves women who have been exploited by the commercial sex trade.  Stewart earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC-Chapel Hill.
